No individual, unless licensed or holding a permit as a childcare facility, may cause to be published any advertisement soliciting a child care service. A childcare facility that is licensed or operating under a permit issued by the Illinois Department of Children and family Services may publish advertisements of the services for which it is specifically licensed or issued a permit. The Benton Evening News strongly urges any parent or guardian or verify the validity of the license of any facility before placing a child in its care.
